We are elated to announce our 2026 Team England Para Surfing elite squad. The squad make up the top talent in English para surfing and we cannot wait to see their development throughout the year ahead.
Our squad has reduced in size but the focus on performance has strengthened. With the sport growing at a rapid pace on the world level, Team England’s focus is World Para Surfing Championships. And remaining fiercely competitive on the world stage, our aspirations for medals.

The program encapsulates all aspects required for a performance program, in-person ocean and surf lake training, sports psychology, and nutrition.
The para performance programme is led by Andy Banks, Head Coach, and Phil Williams, Team Manager. Andy and Phil are supported by a team of fantastic volunteer coaches. Labyrinth Psychology are providing a full programme of psychological support and training. Thanks to everyone for your support.
We are actively seeking sponsors for Team England Para, to enable us to further grow and develop the program. We also are seeking a headline sponsor for the English Para Surfing Open.
