Phenomenal surfing from Samuel Hearn who finishes 6th place in the U18 Boys, one of the best results in English and British surfing history.
Team England place an incredible 15th overall; a result to be fiercely proud of as English surfing goes from strength-to-strength.
The 2022 Surf City El Salvador ISA World Junior Surfing Championships have just completed, with 45 nations competing, and a record 419 athletes all united in peace to celebrate global surfing.
An incredible 9 days of surfing, Team England took it through to the final stages of the contest. Competition took place on two breaks, La Bocana and El Sunzal. Surfers competed in U18 & U16, Boys & Girls.
We are overwhelmed with pride for the whole of Team England, every athlete surfed at an incredible standard & tuning in via live stream was electric to watch!
