Rip Curl Grom Search returns to Cornwall for 2021 Event

We are delighted to be bringing back the Rip Curl Grom Search to Watergate Bay, Cornwall, after the contest did not run last year due to coronavirus. The contest attracts some of the UK’s top junior surfers, and always delivers a lively weekend and high level of competition.

The contest will take place on 22nd – 23rd May at Watergate Bay, with a back up weekend of 12th – 13th June.

The divisions running will be:

  • Under 12 Boys & Girls (born in 2009 or later)
  • Under 14 Boys & Girls (born in 2007 or 2008)
  • Under 16 Boys & Girls (born in 2005 or 2006)

Age categories are in alignment with the ISA rulebook, click here.

Entry costs £15 per surfer and will open on Monday 19th April at 17.00pm via liveheats, visit: https://www.liveheats.com/surfingengland

Due to coronavirus guidance and the competition being in high demand, the contest will be capped and not every surfer may have a place to compete. There is essential information every athlete and parent/guardian must read ahead of entering. By registering for the contest, you accept the terms of this format.
