Surf Saunton Surf Instructor Vacancies
Job Details: We are looking for three passionate and confident full time Surf Instructors to join our motivated and amazing team for the 2024 Season (you won’t regret it). We are one of the fastest growing surf schools in the South West offering a high level experience to customers. We have a vast loyal customer base which means you will often take clients for multiple lessons and help with their progression.
Job requirements:
- All applicants must provide a current and recognised ISA Surf Instructor qualification alongside a full beach lifeguard qualification. For those that do not possess one or both of these qualifications but are intending/want to do so – their applications will still be accepted and assessed*.
- Instructors will need to meet & greet customers, be confident with introduction talks, be proactive & enthusiastic throughout the lesson & wrap up lessons effectively after each session.
- We are looking for driven, personable, passionate, reliable and flexible individuals who genuinely have a passion for surfing & want to have a thoroughly enjoyable summer at a beautiful beach.
- You will be expected to deliver anything from large group sessions to 1-1 private coaching for improver lessons.
Full training will be provided for all successful candidates.
Start Date to Finish: Mid/end of March 2024 to beginning of November 2024. Our season starts from the beginning of Easter holidays to the end of October half term. If you can’t start or finish on these specific dates let us know and we can see if you can still apply as we can be reasonably flexible.
