Quiksilver Surf School Newquay are looking for passionate and confident surf, SUP, bodyboard and coasteer instructors to join our motivated team for the 2022 Season.

We have full and part time positions available from April until early November (year round for the right candidate)
We are looking for instructors to teach all levels of surfing and coasteering
Preferred requirements:
ISA/Surfing England/equivalent Level 1 or higher
NGB Instructor Membership (Surfing England/ISA)
Personal Insurance
DBS Clearance
Lifeguard/First Aid Qualification
3 years personal surfing experience
Proof of identity
Excellent customer and communication skills
Availability weekends, all school holidays and bank holidays.
Previous teaching experience
other teacher/instructor qualifications
The role includes:
meeting and greeting customers
following activity NOP, regulations and guidelines
providing hands on instruction in the water and on the beach
adapting the level of coaching to the ability of the customers
offering professional advice regarding all aspects of activity
maintaining a professional and fun experience for all our customers
teaching up to 4 lessons a day peak season between 8am and 8pm
attending in house staff training
