Pro surfer, Team England rider and Korev ambassador, Lucy Campbell is to host a free weekly workout on Instagram TV. The surfing-inspired sessions will be posted on Korev’s Instagram every Wednesday morning – @korevlager.
Whether you’re taking a lunchbreak in the garden while working from home, or keeping fit on furlough, Lucy will be demonstrating her go-to bodyweight workouts for building muscle and strengthening her core.
As a six-time National champion and part of the World Surf League Women’s Qualifying Series, Lucy is already scaling the heights of her sport at 24-years-old. Despite her Olympic dreams being put on hold for this summer – with the Tokyo games being postponed – she still has her sights set on securing a place to compete in 2021.
Lucy Campbell says: “Since lockdown begun, our worlds have got a lot smaller and we’re all looking for new ways to expend some energy, and keep positive, healthy and active. Over the past few weeks, home workouts have been a lifeline for me and allowed me to keep strong for when I am able to get back on my board and compete again.
“I’m excited to be working with Korev to show people some really simple ways they can stay fit and look after their wellbeing, while staying safe at home.”
Korev (4.8% ABV), the Official Beer of Surfing England, has become synonymous with the South West’s free-spirited lifestyle. Brewed in the Helles style with classic hops including Magnum, Hersbrucker and Saaz, it has a wonderfully light, pale colour and a clean, crisp taste delivering the laid-back essence of the Cornish coast across the nation.
