Surfing England proudly announce the six surfers selected to represent England at the forthcoming ISA World Surfing Games to be held in Biarritz in one months’ time.

“To represent your country at a World Surfing Games level is a great privilege and one that these surfers have earned” said Dave Renaud, Team England Head Coach.
The selection process for the 2017 ISA World Surfing Games travelling team has been a highly competitive one with an extremely high caliber of Surfers vying for selection out of the recently announced larger England squad that forms the basis of the Surfing England elite programme.
President of the ISA, Fernando Aguerre, said “The best surfers in the world will be participating as members of their official National Surfing Teams. The world-class waves of Biarritz will be a perfect place to showcase our sport on the road to Tokyo 2020.”
Surfing England are proud to submit such a strong team at this event with Surfing in England going from strength to strength it’s our elite athletes that are pushing the boundaries and inspiring others.
The team are self-funding their attendance and call upon sponsors of any size to get behind them.
