Job title: North Devon Surf School instructor

Job details: We are looking for 3 surf instructors to join our team on a part time self employed basis for the 2023 season. North Devon Surf School is in a prime location, just 50m from beautiful Westward Ho! beach which is one of the safest beaches in North Devon to enjoy the water. We are a Centre of Excellence and attract customers from all over the world.

• All applicants must provide a current and recognised ISA Surf Instructor qualification alongside a surf lifesaving qualification, or be willing to obtain these before the start of the season in April.
• Instructors will need to meet & greet customers, be confident with introduction talks, be proactive & enthusiastic throughout the lesson & wrap up lessons effectively after each session.
• Instructors will be required to complete end of day housekeeping in order to maintain our high standards.
• You will be expected to deliver 1-1 private lessons as well as larger groups of up to 8 people per instructor. We also have a schools programme and run groms sessions for both kids and adults.
• We are a small but very friendly team and we need instructors who are confident, outgoing, professional and have a love of surfing. If this sounds like you, then get in touch.
