We’re sure there’s a lot of amped Groms following the forecast, we are stoked to call this weekend’s Rip Curl Grom Search UK ON. This event sees nearly 90 of the UK’s best junior talent coming together on the 9th – 10th April to compete for the prestige Rip Curl titles.
The Event will run on liveheats, with live scores dropping throughout the weekend as surfers give it their all to maximise their wave scores. From Saturday morning the schedule will also show live, please note always subject to change at Contest Director’s discretion, conditions dependent, and safety is paramount with a decent swell showing for Saturday.
The contest will run on the North side of Fistral, near the RNLI station, look out for the Surfing England trailer and Rip Curl gazebos.
Trained Beach Lifeguards from ERA Adventures will be on hand to keep everyone safe in the water, and we run adjacent to the home of Fistral Beach Surf School, one of our Accredited centres.
